To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 夜晚放工想食點心，發現灣仔有一間有做晚市既點心店，點心非常精緻，於是專程去試吓！桂花菠蘿冰茶菠蘿味非常重，桂花味比較淡，所以菠蘿味蓋過桂花味，酸酸甜甜非常好飲😋荔枝山竹冰茶荔枝味非常濃郁，會飲完一啖荔枝味都係口腔迴盪，山竹味比較淡，所以荔枝味蓋過山竹味，亦都比較甜，但都幾好飲嘆世界燒賣拼盤2.0 燒賣拼盤有六粒，每一粒都係唔同嘅味。包括有：中國金華火腿燒賣、印度黃咖喱燒賣、日式鰻魚燒賣、星加坡黑胡椒蟹燒賣、德國鹹豬手燒賣同西班牙辣肉腸燒賣。我最鍾意食日式鰻魚燒賣，鰻魚加燒賣真係好特別。西班牙辣肉腸燒賣就比較辣，而德國鹹豬手燒賣上面仲有金箔做點綴添！鰻魚荷葉飯鰻魚份量非常之多，上面金箔做點綴！荷葉飯非常之香，每一啖飯都充滿着荷葉嘅香味，飯份量亦都好多，啱晒同朋友一齊share。荷葉飯入面仲有雞肉同冬菇做配料👍🏻脆脆富貴紅米腸紅色腸粉相當搶眼，上面仲佈滿沙律醬。呢個腸粉配有三種醬料，分別係：花生醬、豉油同泰式辣醬。而我最鍾意就係泰式辣醬配腸粉，依個配搭非常少見，非常特別。軟綿綿嘅腸粉包住脆脆嘅蝦春卷，外軟內脆，口感層次好豐富。蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃綠色嘅蝦餃皮顏色好特別，上面仲佈滿好多大大粒嘅魚籽
