香港人對燒味的印象,往往都係傳統嘅燒鴨、叉燒、燒肉及切雞,墨守成規之餘仲欠缺新意。其實,所謂嘅燒味,外國人稱為barbeque food,好似燒豬手、燒春雞、燒豬肋骨等等,用黎加餸都係唔錯嘅選擇。「燒洒一族」係多區街市都有分店,有別於一般燒味店,呢度食物總類好多,由叉燒到燒豬肋骨,以及冷盤醉品系列都有。「屯馬開通真的很興奮」,是日去顯徑探訪親友,點可以兩手空空呢?所以係附近買左少少野食上去。香草法式燒春雞:店員好細心地問我地幾時會食雞同鴨胸,知我地晚飯先會食,就叫我地臨食前先斬開,再派左張卡仔教我地點翻熱。斬過雞後再整返熱,雞皮香脆,表皮見到有唔少香草,皮薄肉多,肉質嫩滑,香草味非常香,雞肉咬落去有好多肉汁流出黎,非常juicy。蒜香南乳燒春雞:蒜香南乳味非常突出,帶輕輕嘅蒜香味,醃得都幾入味,亦唔會太鹹。雞皮呈金黃色,外層香脆,雞肉肥瘦適中,肉質嫩滑之餘咬落多汁,簡直係人間美食。蜜糖黑椒煙鴨胸:煙鴨胸有輕輕嘅煙燻味,蜜糖同黑椒呢個組合非常夾,食落惹味之餘入口亦唔會太乾。酒醉雞卷:雪凍左嘅雞卷食落凍冰冰,夏天食非常消暑,酒味剛剛好,雞味香濃,食落啖啖肉,值得一讚。
