To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 還記得上年到大中華食過的臘味糯米飯,至今還念念不忘,葱花配合著咸香的臘味真的十分美味!我一口氣吃了三碗呢今天想食小炒小菜,不其然令我想起這店,可惜只得兩人不可叫太多的菜!這個清蒸花甲最美味花甲又大又新鮮!充滿鮮味!硯肉內還藏著一隻可愛的寄居蟹呢冰鎮鱔片味道偏淡,魚鮮味不夠,就算配芥末醬油也是十分普通,還是豉汁蒸鱔好味些!炸大腸配椒鹽排骨炸得很脆,但是不太夠味!最後就是薑蔥魚肚,很腍也很新鮮!薑蔥配合得很好,我很怕魚腥!但卻很喜歡食鮮魚,尤其魚肚,這平價花膠真的很有營養喔!這店的菜式比較特別,下次可試其他菜式!
