新派型格燒味系列有成十幾樣嘢揀,啲名都好特別吖,我哋揀咗“老爺子半肥不瘦蜜餞叉燒”,呢個叉燒認真唔錯,物如其名半肥不瘦,味道適中好滋味;“金衣芙蓉大蝦球”呢個就係有我最鍾意嘅大蝦啦,蝦的表面舖上一層蛋黃,猶如金色的外衣,仲有D花生碎點綴,似朵盛開的芙蓉花,我的理解道餸就因此而得名,唔知啱唔啱呢?啲蝦真係好大隻㗎,我一口吞唔落肚,哈哈;“台南度小月鮮菌牛仔骨”係我朋友鍾意之物,大大舊食得滿足,D菌有幾隻唔同類型的菇類,好入味,差不多我一個人食晒。“日本紫心番薯浸豆苗”又係個特別我未曾試過的新菜式,聽講本店師傅係日本做過大廚,幾出名㗎,咁見過世面,多諗頭好正常,呢個餸可以食到番薯粒粒,好鬼得意,豆苗亦好新鮮嫩滑。“龍蝦湯瑤柱燴海皇羹”和豆苗道餸一樣,都係用個好靚嘅盎仔盛住,更顯矜貴,而事實呢個海皇羮亦認真足料,龍味湯味濃郁,有好多小龍蝦肉/蝦肉,飲落好滿足。
