每年年尾都有一個習俗和這位食神朋友小聚團年,今年佢同我講有間新日本嘢好正一定要帶我去試吓,我滿心期待帶着一瓶「銀河鐵道」即是清酒裏面的思樂冰,興奮赴會。坐下來聽說老闆就是師承米芝蓮兩星 Sushi Yoshi,心裏有個底了,今天我們必定是吃新派廚師發板。原本我係傳統江戶前壽司的擁躉,但現在香港日本料理氾濫,傳統的廚師發板已經吃得好悶,耐心看師傅表演。這裏的每一件器皿都很有藝術感,新派廚師發板不用介紹就知道擺碟會好靚,好有創意和特色(見圖片),整體來說魚生質素都幾新鮮,伴碟又靚又醒神,好適合女仔影相📸️最正係最後的花膠湯 ❤️ 好gel咀 ah
