Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近朋友介紹，尖沙咀 LAB EAT 餐廳各道菜式都會有自己的風格炮製，味道、賣想也是別樹一格，有自己 Style👍🏻。Fiole Gras $118非傳統烹調方式處理，利用了香脆薄片間夾雜鵝肝，層層疊起肥美的鵝肝，更配以濃香甜醋味，極具吸引，而且鵝肝口感香滑不膩。 👍🏻Lamb Rack $338bb羊架，肉質鮮嫩，甘香可口， 烹調時間控制剛剛好，餐廳更搭配了自家製醬汁，一試難忘。😘Sea Urchin Black Truffle Spaghetti超多海膽加上惹味黑松露， 混入蒜片和忌廉醬汁炒製的意粉，啖啖鮮香美味，難以抗拒，一下子已經全部吃光了！ ☺️Chocolate Molten With Icecream餐後當然不少得我的最愛 “心太軟”，軟棉棉的蛋糕，甜蜜密的朱古力甜心，帶給我口感滿足。Double Or Nothing香噴噴密瓜味，夾雜著菠蘿香甜味道，Vodka 份量剛剛好，酒中有果香風味，有些似奶昔口感。 😋😋
