To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 勁鐘意食點心，今次收工之後就同朋友食呢間聚吓舊餐廳裝修幾靚，有特色，配色都幾醒神鳳爪排骨飯($58)味道正正常常，好味道，排骨同鳳爪份量足夠，食落入味唔會乾👍🏻經典不敗～脆脆富貴紅米腸粉($48)特色點心，第一次食用紅米做嘅腸粉，有少少似炸両，入面係香脆嘅炸蝦餡，食落好香口，配上3款醬食好滋味👍🏻👍🏻酸菜魚鳳眼餃($42)好鐘意😍佢係味道同酸菜魚一樣，好驚喜🤩啱晒鐘意食濃味嘢嘅我黑金流沙包($38)平時飲茶必食，賣相高貴，餡料做到流心濃郁效果，推介～～一龍大滿足($68)包含幾款特色龍點心新派點心，好味又睇得👍🏻👍🏻包括有荀尖蝦餃皇、松露野菌晶瑩餃、蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃、鹹蛋黃墨魚燒賣、豌豆桃子、酸菜魚鳳眼餃，推薦～可以試晒咁多款肉鬆馬拉糕($38)馬拉糕就食得多，加咁肉鬆喺面嘅馬拉糕就第一次食，肉鬆鋪到成個包面都係😍包體鬆軟👍🏻拉絲菠蘿包($38)擺喺甜品menu嗰邊，包餡充滿芝士，確實係做到拉絲嘅效果👍🏻咸甜適中，唔會好膩，菠蘿包面好脆，唔會一咬就散晒👍🏻好味道～
