呢排陪朋友行街吃嘢,吃到有啲滯。今日來到旺角見到『心夜來潮』招牌,就突然心血來潮想吃我一路喜欢嘅潮汕菜。炸饅頭上先,細細個,但口唔係太大,因此都要2啖先吃得晒,出邊脆卜卜,入面軟腍腍,好吃。芥蘭炒得翠綠,翠翠綠綠的同時也脆脆的,再加上方魚的微微魚香,實在好好味。以下呢個就屬於新派潮汕菜~紅燒砂煲生啫鱔,内有香菇絲,瘦肉絲,青,紅椒,最重要係新鮮甜美的主角鱔,好满足仲有仲有新鮮好咬口嘅蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子。來到一間潮式菜館,可以吃到咁豐富嘅新,舊派菜,真係唔錯。
