To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

赫維灣海鮮鍋配紅花忌廉及蒜香多士
海鮮湯份量之大,一打開鐵煲蓋就實在令人不禁發出"嘩"一聲。老實說,單是旁邊大堆香脆蒜蓉包,兩個人根本沒可能吃得完,更遑論加上一大鐵鍋的海鮮湯,強烈建議最好相約三五知己來一同分享。

另一道主菜不再是海鮮,而是同樣來自澳洲的和牛牛扒,Medium的和牛牛扒,大廚貼心的把碟子預熱,這樣食物上檯後就不會太快變冷了;M5和牛牛味頗濃郁,肉質腍嫩,脂肪分佈均勻而又帶上點點嚼勁,配上黑松露醬汁,好吃得很;另外伴碟是甘筍、露筍、青豆、藤茄、蒜頭及集齊甜、酸、苦、辣於一身的焗薯,如此配菜伴碟亦一絲不苟,足見大廚心思。

大廚把蛋白餅做成迷你size,不但賣相精緻,而且口感香脆而鬆軟,以香滑的鮮奶油覆蓋,加上奇異果、橘子及士多啤梨等香甜水果,再配以熱情果醬,酸酸甜甜的味道,非常清新開胃,把飽滯及油膩感覺一掃而空,讚!
