To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周記點心係西環都出咗名好耐,之前都嚟食過,今次再試必叫蝦多士,蝦滑彈牙,好飽滿咁塞入好香嘅芝麻多士入面,配埋沙律醬真係好好食嘅小食流心奶黃多啲都係好香,外層弄得金黃色,切開流心當中亦有鹹蛋黃香味叉燒包屬正路,冇咩特別鴛鴦燒賣有蟹籽同黑松露,蟹籽冇咩特別,同出面酒樓食嘅差唔多,反而黑松露同蝦肉燒賣幾夾,大家都爭住食不如唔好做鴛鴦燒賣啦,轉哂全部黑松露就好啦雖然係新派點心,不過近年冇咩新意,如果大部分點心都同外面一樣就會失去特色希望下次再嚟嘅話會有新鮮嘅感覺!
