To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我不是素食者，但親朋戚友當中有些是食素的，所以間中也會嘗試不同類型的素食。新派素食的賣點很多時也是餐廳的環境，格局……就像新派咖啡店，讓客人坐得舒適。LN 讓客人坐在一個優雅，光線充足，非常潔淨的環境下進食。而食物的味道和配搭也不錯，就像一般的台式咖啡店。但抵食度就見人見智。因份量也是小巧的，而飲品平均也要$50以上。一個人lunch的價錢可能也要$150~200以上，對我至言，因不是素食者，感覺價格略高，只是食環境，但對素食的年青一族，又多了一個好去處。
