晚飯在西式扒房「The Steakhaus」,餐廳裝潢主色黃澄澄的,很有寧靜浪漫感覺。先嘗小食~黑松露和帕瑪森起司炸薯條~熱騰騰炸薯條舖上和帕瑪森起司,芝士遇熱即溶,味道鹹香可口,再蘸黑松露,吃起來層次更豐富了!黑毛豬鞍架配火腿脆片~厚肉的黑毛豬鞍架肉質鮮嫩可口,配火腿脆片吃,滋味非常。我還加配香烤骨髓~首次見識西式香烤骨髓,骨髓軟滑要用匙羹享用,但骨髓份量很少。滿滿蜆肉蝴蝶粉~蝴蝶粉掛滿美味汁液又帶些微辣,令胃口大開,雙倍蜆份量,十倍滿足感。安格斯Prime 西冷 配烤大蒜~西冷的脂肪與肉質比例非常均勻,不會太肥膩,幼嫩中帶少許咬口,牛肉味道香濃。提拉米蘇~著名的意大利式甜点,軟綿甜美,又解膩,很好的餐後甜品。西班牙油炸鬼~很有新鮮感的鬆化香脆油炸鬼配雪糕,令人耳目一新。我的BaileysBlackSugarMilK~帶微量酒精的雞尾酒,混合黑糖及奶,有點兒像清新口味的奶昔,葫蘆身形酒杯除了打卡搶眼,更配合女士使用。香水檸檬茶~我好奇向侍應了解,`香水'從何而來?!原來是茶葉的香!我淺嘗一口,果然清香怡人,口感順滑!
