在K11 Musea行街行到肚餓,所以搵地方食飯,朋友揀了BEP,看看menu的感覺似曾相識,才發現BEP原來是老牌越南餐廳芽莊的新 Line。越式生虾($98)生蝦份量多,勁辣,食一啖飲一啖水都止不住滿口辣味,所以我和朋友都立即想叫飲品。分別要了杯蘇丹王D24榴槤沙冰 ($52)和青檸薄荷葉梳打 ($48),味道不錯。炸軟殼蟹 ($128)有兩隻軟殼蟹加一份生菜伴碟,雖然說不上是外脆內軟,但勝在軟殼蟹本身有少少蟹膏搭救。反而蒜蓉包 ($36)有驚喜,我覺得是最出色的,厚切蒜蓉包,真正外脆內軟。
