今天由朋友帶我去希慎廣場果間名館晚飯,佢去過一次覺得幾好,所以由佢帶路,由於我地六點半到達,所以唔使等候就有位!門口裝修幾企理,內𥚃坐位寬闊不覺擠迫!服務員帶入座,又幾熱誠招呼,奉上煎米茶同時介紹一下餐牌菜式!我地兩人點咗懷舊五香牛𦟌,紅油抄手,杬角肉鬆蒸秋葵,金黃球泡飯,同埋蜂蜜柚子蝦球!五香牛𦟌香腍可囗,分量也算足夠!紅油抄手,皮薄,鮮肉饀料也覺夠味而不太辣!㰖角肉崧蒸秋葵爽脆,配以咸味的肉崧和欖角蒸汁,又是十分之可口!蜂蜜柚子蝦球,這個菜做得好有心思,炸好的蝦球,淋上蜂蜜柚子糖醬,食味特別醒胃,上面那幾片薄薄的青檸,更有畫龍點睛的效果!金黃球泡飯,特別是在碟下面用酒精羔一路加熱,保持那泡飯的溫度,設計用心,那飯團泡在上湯內,色澤金黃,果然貼題,飯團外硬內軟,又特別,又可口,真是別出心裁!

㰖角肉崧蒸秋葵爽脆,配以咸味的肉崧和欖角蒸汁,又是十分之可口!
