富臨集團旗下既新派中茶廳,全打川菜,新派粤菜同特色點心,無論環境,menu菜式設計等等都走向更年青有活力既路線一嚟到第一時間先叫左兩隻古法乳鴿,香嫩無比,乳鴿只開邊,一次攞住半隻嚟食既感覺好滿足,完全不用點淮鹽或醬油先夠味,水準極高。招牌老壇酸菜魚,用上新鮮既鱸魚去骨,魚肉味道極鮮甜又夠厚,酸菜湯既味道調得很好,飲到停唔到手,而且份量頗大,但點都要留返嗰胃繼續作戰。特色點心叫左蝦兵蟹將,蝦肉十分彈牙,造型漂亮,十分討喜。另外亦叫左碟溏心皮蛋,嗰汁好開胃,皮蛋質素亦佳鳳梨星洲炒米,基本上係一般餐廳既星洲炒米高質版,不油膩夠乾身,材料亦足,不過放上菠蘿殼造型漂亮及吸了一點菠蘿味外,有無菠蘿對整體味道無咩影響,比較係卓頭為主蛋酥脆茲粑味道比一般川菜廳既更香及更軟糯,應該係點左蛋漿再炸,點埋醬汁味道不錯
