試過紫色嘅尖沙咀店,今次就試吓粉藍色嘅銅鑼灣店呢款手卷係即點即做,牛油果係一直被視為super food,維他命 E 有強勁的抗氧化功能,有助身體避開自由基的攻擊,從而有效保護腦部細胞,達到預防腦部衰退的功效;而苜蓿芽(alfalfa sprouts)就係一種低熱量高纖維量,營養豐富的天然碱性食物,佢嘅草青味就未必個個人都啱,但我就好鍾意,味道夠fresh。上菜時,侍應會好細心咁提醒大家要盡快食,因為紫菜放耐咗會淋,讚!呢個係三人份量,三款前菜都好味,特別鍾意四喜烤夫,有多種有益的礦物質嘅毛豆,如果個青瓜可以爽脆D就更加好喇~呢度嘅燉湯係我至愛,仲要係素,邊款都鍾意沙嗲串燒完全唔似素,猴頭菇扮肉實在太似!沙嗲汁仲可以點埋件法包 ,nice~上菜時都諗咗一諗,點解會有炸魷魚圈?切開先知原來係吉列蒟蒻做的,廚師一定花咗唔少心機去研究!訂枱時店員有表示限用餐時間,但如果之後無人等位,基本上可以繼續坐,不失為銅鑼灣區素食好選擇!
