truffle離遠已經聞到好香,分量十足,再加上pouched egg,成個pasta變得好creamy好濃,菇既好量又夠多,以係soho 中環呢d地方dinner黎講,都幾抵食。 個餐廳叫naked既意思係老闆希望顧客可以品嘗都食材的真味,所以料理上都無用太多的調味料,而係利用創意的食材搭配,新鮮的材料同埋用心的處理手法,為顧客提供味覺上的享受! 所以雖然唔係好平,但絕對抵食! 大推介!!
