To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話去食譚仔咁就去啦，落住雨廢事行，求其去商場間譚仔就算，其實唔係好鍾意譚仔個湯底味，雖然兩間好相似…原來有新野出左，咁就試呢個新湯底～花椒重慶酸辣湯濃汁豬軟骨寛麵，個名認真長，叫左三小辣都唔辣，諗住有花椒會有啲麻辣啦，點知冇，酸又唔酸，個湯底認真失敗，豬軟骨ok嘅，但得兩舊，寛麵又硬又唔吸湯，唔好食，早知叫普通米線。朋友叫左湖南酸辣湯墨丸米線，佢話三哥酸辣好食啲，完。仲叫左兩杯凍檸茶，正常味囉。
