To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥煳辣豬肚米線 (配雞肉) $39 + 西柚醋套餐加$10三哥最近新出左隻新嘅煳辣湯底，味道好獨特，除咗有胡椒香之外仲有一浸焦香嘅味道，而且都有得揀唔同辣度！配埋佢哋最新餸豬肚真心唔錯，豬肚有少少咬口但係又唔會太韌，絕對唔係嗰種有擦子膠口感嘅豬肚。另外本身驚西柚醋會太甜或者太酸，點知味道好清新，有少少西柚果蓉係入面，散發着淡淡的西柚香同埋少少酸味，用嚟解辣一流。砂砂鍋湯底配豬肉$34除咗煳辣之外，仲有埋呢個砂砂鍋湯底，雖然佢話個味道係類似喇沙咁樣，但我又唔覺得係，佢冇椰子香味，係另一種好獨特嘅香，都好好味。味道: 3.8/5性價比: 3.8/5
