To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 閒時都會陪父母到潮庭喝早茶扮演一下乖乖女的角色。這次難得兩老想試試晚餐,唯有捨命陪君子。普遍來說,價格都比一般的中菜館貴一點,選擇不太多。芝士龍蝦伊麵每次只要想到要煮龍蝦伊麵,就被繁複的程序嚇到,還是到外面吃比較好,雖然比較貴。龍蝦肉彈牙爽口,芝士牛油香味濃郁,伊麵吸收了龍蝦的汁和芝士的味道,更加入味了。但是伊麵吃一兩口就好,太膩,多吃其他就吃不下了。砂鍋豆醬雞上餐是新鮮滾熱辣,聞起來味道咸香,可惜吃起來雞肉肉質鬆散,油炸後顯得略乾,味道一般。西蘭花帶子珊瑚蚌帶子和珊瑚蚌份量較多,而且滑漏不會韌,可惜鮮味略為淡。三小拼這個出餐形式有點像下午茶,顯得這個拼盤高級不少。第一層是蝦球,酸酸甜甜,蝦肉彈牙,非常開胃。第二層是鹵水鵝片,比較咸,蓋過了鵝肉的鮮味。底層是海蜇,口感爽脆,味道沒有。哈哈!總結來說,還是不錯的,父母也吃得開心。不得一讚,男侍應的服務非常好,又細心。
