To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友黎樓上的電器舖買野，買完順便落黎食下野，估唔到呢個場開多左咁多餐廳喎，朋友揀左食點心，都好呀，咁口渴正想食番杯茶。都差唔多三點，估唔到平日都咁多茶客喎，餐廳大概七成入坐率。帶位個陣就會問定飲咩茶，仲會比埋張qr code用手機落單。🥢炸饅頭豬柳漢堡第一樣黎嘅點心，賣相幾靚😍勁脆嘅饅頭入面包住四份一片豬柳漢堡扒，仲有沙律菜同沙律醬，簡單組合得黎又幾好味。🥢一口鹹水角第二樣係鹹水角，好可愛🥰仲籤枝串起，一串兩粒一橙一綠。但個皮唔係特別有咩調味，但淨係顔色好睇已經贏晒啦。個餡有啲魚香茄子味😆好得意。🥢松露野菌晶瑩餃紫藍色嘅皮閃晒光🤩餡料有各種蔬菜切碎，鮮味帶松露香，好好食。🥢泡椒燒賣淺綠色嘅燒賣，比起上面幾樣呢個個賣相平凡啲啦，但入口有驚喜，少少辣好惹味，餡料都有切碎嘅泡椒係入面，仲係手切豬肉黎，鮮味有咬口，好難得遇到好食嘅燒賣呀😚🥢鰻魚荷葉飯糯米雞嘅鰻魚版，上面仲有片金箔，即係覺得高級左！飯蒸得唔爛仲係米米飯，帶荷葉香，內邊包有肉沫、冬菇粒、蛋碎等，香口好食😋🥢甜品最後有店家送的甜品，貌似驢打滾同紅棗蓉糕，完全唔甜…哈哈，個人覺得食甜品都係甜啲好，加上個皮被冷氣吹乾了，有點失望啦…整
