朗豪坊又有新野啦,係4/F既food court開左間新派燒味鋪,講得上係新派,即係除左有一般既燒味之外,仲大玩fusion元素,將傳統既燒味加入西式煮法,做出好多創新既燒味配搭呢度既裝修同傳統既燒味鋪唔同,好young同好玩味,冇左好「佬」既感覺Menu呢度主打燒鵝,以燒鵝配搭各式既粉麵飯、仲有鐵板燒味、雞脾、小龍蝦等等既菜式...鐵板海膽什菌炆飯配燒鵝肉$58呢個飯食唔出有海膽味,不過菇味夠而且香口乾身,飯粒分明煙韌,鵝肉皮薄輕脆,肉質入味唔un,係略嫌份量唔夠喉爆檸茶$18呢杯爆檸茶可以買任何飯/麵加$8就有啦,佢係由檸檬、青檸、咸檸溝成既,味道同一般凍檸茶差唔多,係多左d檸味鐵板10x芝士叉鵝飯$48至於呢個芝士叉鵝飯,真係好「芝」味,濃厚既芝士熔岩蓋住個飯,再加粒粒芝士,雙重「芝」味體驗,不過都係略嫌d叉燒、燒鵝份量比較少

呢個飯食唔出有海膽味,不過菇味夠而且香口乾身,飯粒分明煙韌,鵝肉皮薄輕脆,肉質入味唔un,係略嫌份量唔夠喉
