銅鑼灣Fashion walk,旺中帶靜,而且附近有食街,係云云之中比我見到這間特色餐廳。Minh & Kok,見到裝修靚靚地就揀咗這間。這間是食越南泰國菜,名字就代表出Minh = Ho Chi Minh 而 Kok = Bangkok 軟殼蟹米紙卷:蟹炸得唔夠脆,入邊有粉漿,有小小失望。芒果紅菜頭米紙卷: 芒果🥭鮮甜,加埋清甜紅菜頭爽口質感,米紙卷軟糯牛油雞翼:雞翼反而炸得好脆,粉漿炸得熟透,重牛油香味。不過雞翼醃得過咸。甜品作結,芒果白糯米,芒果一樣好鮮甜,椰漿稠度岩岩好。
