Restaurant: Yum Cha (Nan Fung Place)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 飲茶一向給人感覺帶點老土,是爸媽一輩約朋友才會去的地方,年輕人朋友聚會很少會飲茶,但這餐廳卻改變了我的看法,讓我覺得原來飲茶都可以好新潮。餐廳的名字是Yum Cha,玩味港式英語令人會心微笑。餐牌選擇頗多,點心、前菜、燒味、小炒、飯麵等等的都有,還有2人餐 ($398) / 4人餐 ($888) 等,大概人均百五左右都好夠飽。帶屋企人黎開餐,食咗好多款小菜點心,整體質素中上,揀選咗幾款同大家推介下。🍆七彩茄子:醬油鹹中帶甜,茄子浸泡於中,質感滑溜,冰凍開胃。🥢上海烤麩:經典上海前菜,外層富彈性,內層濕潤多汁,帶微微醋香,不錯。🦐筍尖鮮蝦餃:皮薄之餘,表面還有金色的天然菜汁色素點綴一下,華麗感滿滿的,加上飽滿大隻,觀感甚佳,食落蝦肉爽脆鮮甜,高質。🐥馳名芝麻吊燒雞:雞肉肉質嫩滑,頗有雞味,滿布芝麻的外皮紙薄香脆,半隻都夠一家四口食。🍤XO醬萵荀淮山炒大蝦球:萵荀淮山都口感脆卜卜,,大蝦球份量多,而且好爽彈,唯一可惜油膩咗少少。🍜松露炆伊麵:是晚最愛,松露香氣濃郁非常,菇菌份量,而且伊麵乾爽唔油膩。
