山長水遠入到粉嶺食呢間堪稱為之新界區「大班樓」果然係值得,今晚晚飯係由漢師傅安排嘅中式Omakase 🤣,十個人差唔多食咗差唔多二十道菜,餐廳招牌麻辣蟹撈麵十分出色,麵底吸收了所有麻辣醬汁嘅精華再配以鮮甜嘅蟹肉一齊食簡直係一絕。油浸筍殻魚大約三至四斤,大細非常適中,外脆內軟非常美味。平平無奇嘅孜然烤羊架肉質嫩而非常嘢味。另外呢度出名名菜之一白灼豬前腳筋,感覺有啲似食牛爽腩。太多美食不能一一盡錄,如果唔係喺粉嶺咁遠⋯⋯我應該每個禮拜都會返嚟食🤤麻辣蟹撈麵油浸筍殻魚孜然烤羊架白灼豬前腳筋香煎黃花魚麻辣豆腐煲正宗走地雞鮑汁鵝掌撈麵
