To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近見元氣轉了新的下午茶餐單，於是就去試一試我選了的是有三文魚,炸蝦卷的套餐，另外我再加了個人喜愛的軟殼蟹手卷5分鐘後大約便到了我的面前，第一感覺不太好，感覺不太整體，味道跟以往的一樣，正正常常。軟殼蟹手卷由下單等了25分鐘先有得食，感覺太慢，而且軟殼蟹是冷冷的,所以感覺不太好。感覺相比以往的元氣質素變差了。
