同朋友買完相機配件,唔想食飯咁飽滯就跟佢一齊掃下街。發現左呢間新潮嘅點心店。就同朋友入去嘆返個一盅兩件下午茶。鐵觀音茶:估唔到呢度係一盅盅茶咁送上,可以無限REFIL。第一轉茶味唔出,等飲到第二三轉就啱啱好了。HEA包: 以梳乎蛋造型而製嘅流心奶皇包,流心程度雖然唔算太勁爆,但都OK有黃油,蒸包都夠軟熟加上奶皇餡甜中帶咸蛋香,味道幾好。XO醬炒蘿蔔糕:蘿蔔糕做成啱啱好一口大小,有口感之餘唔會咁容易吸油,所以食落夠乾身。配上XO醬嘅咸辣味道再加啲豆芽菜嘅爽脆,作功將一道早點食物變成一道小菜。辣椒醬炒腸粉:腸粉好煙韌,味道偏辣左少少同有啲咸。上枱時以為佢係韓式炒年糕,但食落係港式風味,都係適合加返少少海鮮醬同麻醬做返腸粉個味道最好。焗馬拉糕:顏色上比平時見開嘅為淺,味道都差唔多但蛋香味更濃。因為係焗製而成,表面多左層焦脆口感。輕盈質感如果閉眼食,會覺得佢似雞蛋糕多過馬拉糕。粒粒咖啡奶凍:幾鐘意呢個奶凍,一黎咖啡味夠濃香二黎質感較硬身,用筷子夾住黎食都無問題。加上黑白造型夠刹食,睇得又食得。籠仔蒜茸蒸開邊蝦飯:蒜香味好正,尤其係鐘意佢預先調好左個飯,唔加醬油已經好夠蒜香及荷葉香味。加上飯粒煙

點心黎講真係唔錯而且夠有創意,將舊款重新改頭換面,為食客帶黎新鮮感。加上呢度環境其實好靜,雖然出面就係鴨療街但顧客一入到黎就自動將音量收細,慢慢享受到嘆返一盅兩件嘅寫意。
