Restaurant: Peek-A-Poke (希雲街)
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔搵都唔知原來銅鑼灣希雲街有幾間黃店，雖然呢度唔係旺區，但我地都排左一陣隊！中意呢度既裝修，簡約又舒服Menu上睇落選擇唔多，其實另一頁有得自選配料，因為我唔想再諗咁多，就直接揀。當我以為唔使揀配料就冇咁「選擇困難」，不過，原來個底都仲係要揀，朋友揀壽司飯，而我揀壽司飯+沙律菜！賣相睇落好亂咁，食落嘩真係好好味我嗰份成個配搭好掂！好fresh又健康朋友嗰份提一提女士們，個飯真係幾有份量，如果你唔係大食，建議學我揀飯+沙律菜，我食完都覺得好飽好飽，千祈唔好揀全部都係飯！
