間間都整水煮魚酸菜魚,你估間間都煮得好食?呢間示範咗出嚟。一般酸菜魚係用鯇魚或生魚,佢居然用龍脷柳(撻沙、鯰魚),係就係冇骨,但全冇魚香味、肉浮、鬆散,辣度係大辣,每食一啖都得小心,因每一啖都嗆喉,並缺少了「麻」,完全冇花椒味,一味死辣冇層次。之後嗌左杯豆漿(低糖),飲哂成杯諗住沖走但都仲係有啲辣油卡喺喉嚨頂(吊鐘)位置,唔係辣爽一身汗,係忸怩嘅辣。奉勸佢不如取消呢道菜好過。
