To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日亮點太多了,接著這 流心鵪鶉蛋燒賣 Steamed Minced Pork and Shrimp Dumplings with Quail Eggs ($63),也由傳統鵪鶉蛋燒賣改良,除了流心鵪鶉蛋非常吸引,燒賣部份蝦肉比例增加,減少膩滯,最後還墊以雪耳,更添健康清爽。

開始覺飽,來一客 榴蓮煎堆仔 Deep-fried glutionus balls stuffed with durian ($46) 刺激一下吧!放心這煎堆氣味口味均不算太濃,不會太影響同檯食客,但榴蓮迷可能會不夠喉。
