聽大圍嘅朋友介紹,呢間餐廳D中菜幾特別,主打係懷舊特色菜,幾考師傅手工同烹調技巧,所以要黎品嘗一下先得。一講話主打懷舊菜一定會諗到比較古舊嘅內裡裝修,點知又唔係喎,將傳統中式設計融入現代裝修,乾淨簡潔又不失風味,連餐牌設計都見幾新式,並非只會原地踏步👍🏻今次叫左 豉油皇魷魚鬚($58)、第一叉(半份)($118)、香濃腐乳炒蝦球伴西蘭花($168)、籠仔甜梅菜蒸菜心($138)、薑米蒜香籠仔蒸蟹飯($258)、茗茶及滾水($28/位)*2叫左壺水仙,水滾茶靚🫖琥珀合桃、話梅苦瓜 :先送上2碟自家製餐前小食,呢2道小食真係未試過,食落又幾開胃消暑😄豉油皇魷魚鬚:以豉油皇方式黎煮魷魚鬚,上色均勻收晒汁,所以每一條食落都夠晒惹味,兼且非常彈牙爽口,一流嘅小食😋第一叉(半份):見佢夠膽以第一叉自稱,當然就要食下睇下係咪咁巴閉😄今次只係叫左半份,但碟叉燒都份量十足,上菜時淨係目測都覺得燒得非常之靚,而且因為係懷舊菜關係,所以每件都非常厚切,夠特別👍🏻一食落去,真係極為驚喜,咁大個人都食過咁出色嘅叉燒🤩外表燒得少許焦香,但整件叉燒肉質極為嫩滑兼且夠晒JUICY,而且唔係塗上普通蜜糖,係用上百花蜜黎

成餐晚餐都唔係平時食開嘅菜式,所以都幾特別有驚喜,而且水準係非常之高,感受得到當中對懷舊菜嘅堅持同用心,同埋職員都會主動幫忙更換隻碟,難怪間餐廳都幾FULL,走嘅時候仲要見幾多人等緊位,想食高質中菜絕對值得再來幫襯🥰🥰
