香濃腐乳炒蝦球伴西蘭花:平時覺得以腐乳調味都會比較偏鹹,但呢到嘅腐乳鹹度又恰到好處,我幾中意佢呢種獨特嘅香味,西蘭花夠翠綠,蝦球亦都大大隻,彈牙爽口,配以腐乳醬黎煮,冇諗過味道又幾夾,煮出黎又幾滋味😋

薑米蒜香籠仔蒸蟹飯:呢個又係極力推介😍將新鮮肉蟹連薑蔥配料放喺米飯上面,一齊放入荷葉籠仔到蒸焗,所以米飯已經吸收晒當中嘅精華,聞到香味已經流緊口水🤤蟹蓋附近位置嘅飯仲要吸埋蟹膏味,同埋記得趁熱食,會更加香口😍肉蟹已經分好件,所以食用夠方便,仲要大大個蟹鉗肉,啖啖肉鮮甜無比🤩

甜品:最後以紅棗雪蓮子糖水椰汁紅豆糕作呢餐晚餐嘅結束,兩者甜度適中,啱晒怕太甜嘅我😋紅棗雪蓮子糖水清甜滋潤,椰汁紅豆糕軟滑得黎紅豆粒粒分明,幾有口感😋

成餐晚餐都唔係平時食開嘅菜式,所以都幾特別有驚喜,而且水準係非常之高,感受得到當中對懷舊菜嘅堅持同用心,同埋職員都會主動幫忙更換隻碟,難怪間餐廳都幾FULL,走嘅時候仲要見幾多人等緊位,想食高質中菜絕對值得再來幫襯🥰🥰
