To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. "椒麻大千雞(辣)"、"菜飯"以及"鎮江肴肉"。大千雞肉質鮮嫩,辣而不燥,蒜末和辣椒碎的搭配更是提升了整道菜品的風味。菜飯用心炒製,米飯粒粒分明,帶著淡淡的油香,非常好吃。"鎮江肴肉"更是讓我驚喜,滑嫩多汁的肉質配上酸甜醬汁,令人食指大動。"飄香鳳梨雞"。這道菜色香味俱全,雞肉炸的酥脆鮮嫩,配上鳳梨片的清甜,相得益彰。"油炆小竹筍"也十分好吃,筍子爽脆入味,很有嚼勁。最後我選擇了"黑糖冰粉"作為甜品。冰涼的冰粉上鋪著細膩綿密的黑糖糖漿,清涼爽口卻又不失香甜,整個味蕾享受過癮。離開時,我還買了一杯"凍芒果龍井茶",清爽的茶香中帶著濃郁的芒果香,十分解膩。
