To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在尖沙咀工作的日子,我經常會到這間餐廳享用豐富美味的午餐。餐廳環境寬敞舒適,裝潢優雅,是個不錯的午休或聚會場所。今天我特意來這裡,就是為了品嘗一下這裡幾道新菜式。首先是蟹粉賽螃蟹多士,鮮甜的蟹肉配上蟹粉,加少許陳醋,味道更昇華,配以外層香脆多士同食,口感十分豐富。蝦籽蝦仁,大大粒河蝦煮得恰到好處,入口滑嫩多汁,搭配大量蝦籽更添一番風味。乾燒蝦酥盒亦是一大亮點,外皮酥脆,內餡飽滿,蝦肉鮮嫩彈牙,蝦味濃郁,十分惹味整體來說,每一道菜式都準備得十分精緻用心,味道俱佳,配合餐廳寬敞舒適的環境,實在是一次完美的用餐體驗。我十分推薦這間餐廳,無論是普通午餐還是特別聚會,相信都能滿足不同的需求。
