上個禮拜,先同朋友試完泡椒豬腸同埋酸菜黃骨魚湯,已經回味無窮...今個禮拜再黎多次,今次叫左冬筍炒腩仔同鹽水鴨(新產品?),担担麵同冷麵梗係唔少得啦......冬筍炒腩仔---味少辣帶麻,冬筍爽而無渣.....正鹽水鴨---白雪雪,質感似臘鴨,不過淋過臘鴨,有鹹味而無過火........用黎過冷河最好.....下個禮拜再黎過先.......
