唯一麵家好耐之前已經食開,之前曾經結業有d 失望,之後發現係原址重開未食都驚會唔會係其他人借個名黎用,不過有幾個呀叔呀姐都有d 印象,應該係同一間黎結業時o既佈局及環境都比較舊式,而家新裝修後,感覺煥然一新,環境整潔,坐得舒服好多舊唯一麵家果時o既價錢真係好抵食,而家應該加左少少,不過價錢係仲算很合理,係尖沙咀黎講算好平添餐牌o既食物感覺冇乜變,以前鐘意食o既野仲係到招牌北京餡餅係最愛, 每一次都食,入面擠滿韮菜,外皮薄,煎得香脆,只係$16煎鍋貼4隻$18, 餡料也是韮菜同北京餡餅一樣,外皮厚身少少,應該同水餃黎煎炸雞翼第一次叫,有驚喜,即炸出黎熱辣辣,大大隻超香口,唔會有好多炸粉炸醬粗炒應該係新菜式,以前唔覺有,同辣肉碎炒上海粗麵,辣辣地好惹味吃上海菜一定係飲豆漿,唔肯定係味咪自己整,不過有豆香又不會死甜,好過飲汽水下次要試埋蔥油餅加蛋同炒年糕,睇下係咪仲保持水準
