To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新裝修後的元氣壽司

放工行經元朗廣場，見到元氣壽司已經裝修完成，就決定喺度食晚餐啦！裝修後全部轉晒做元氣高速線，自行手機落單，唔需要再好似以前咁要員工落單同送餐！另外，餐廳光猛明亮咗，座位又闊落咗，連座椅都較以前坐得舒服👍🏻可能係裝修後再開張關係，仲有氣球送俾小朋友添！食物方面又冇乜轉變，味道都係同以往嘅一樣普普通通🤷🏻‍♀️但有啲我平時食開嘅食物冇咗，例如筋子壽司同埋左口魚裙邊壽司雖然係感覺煥然一新，但我都係比較鍾意以前！因為我一向只食開某幾款壽司，所以唔需要點睇Menu，以前只要向員工一次過講晒想落單嘅食物就可以，但依家要慢慢自己睇完逐樣㩒，雖然可確保落單食物冇出錯，員工又可以較為休閒，但我覺得落單時間耐過以前，反而對我麻煩左！
