To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新裝修譚仔

每個月總有幾日會掛住譚仔，今日行過得寶商場見到呢間新裝修嘅譚仔，又忍唔住食一次！新裝修後感覺更開揚，添置咗幾張卡位，坐得舒服。我嘅至愛係豬膶酸菜配中麻辣湯底，譚仔嘅豬膶真係無得頂，以前我唔食豬膶ga，係譚仔改變咗我!但唔知係咪被收購之後煮法同調味都有作出調整呢，最近幾次食都覺得湯底唔同咗，首先係見到個湯無以前咁多紅油，味精感亦無以前咁強烈，食落無咁搶口，而家係辣得嚟感覺無咁重口味，食完之後唔會一直要飲水，都係一個好嘅改變呀！
