To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日喺德福行街，見到茶木換咗新裝修，靚咗好多，所以決定嚟呢一度食晚餐。換咗新裝修，同時都提升左新科技，餐廳已經轉咗用QR code落單，方便好多。每一次嚟都會叫台式麻辣半筋半肉手工拌麵，拌麵煙韌彈牙，而且又好掛汁，完全可以成為餐廳嘅招牌，見到同場嘅食客都好多人叫👍🏻另外，仲叫咗紅燒牛肉麵，但由於之前有朋友推介過話茶木啲米粉都好好食，所以就轉左米粉，食完發現朋友真係冇介紹錯，細細條，易入口有惹味，牛肉都燜得好淋，入口即融🤤除咗主食，我哋仲叫咗路邊攤小食（台灣腸、鹽酥雞同炸花枝丸）鹽酥雞炸到金黃酥脆，鮮嫩多汁，花枝丸口感幾彈牙，而且花枝嘅味道都好出，腸仔就甜甜地，皮脆肉香。最後，嚟到茶木一定要食返個多士結尾，呢個草莓香草磚塊蜜糖吐司相信唔使多講都應該好多人會知道係茶木嘅招牌，所以係必叫！
