另外一款係Sparkling Rose，Quartz Reef Methode Traditionnelle Rose NV使用100% Biodynamic種植嘅Pinot Noir，以同香檳一樣嘅瓶內二次發酵方法釀造，帶來更高嘅複雜度。佢顏色非常吸引，帶淺粉紅色，聞落去有士多啤梨、花香同少少忌廉香味，入口口感細緻，氣泡綿密，紅果味突出清新，襯唔同前菜、炸物都好適合。價錢仲非常抵，可以做house wine平時自己或者同朋友一齊飲。
