To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係眾多款菜入面,我地揀左飛天通菜。店員首先為我們送上菜,他的份量十足,用一座小山形容不為過,最近睇很多健康養生貼士,他建議外出食飯要食蔬菜先,之後食肉類,再食澱粉質,所以好高興這間餐廳可以先上飛天通菜。通菜上來時依然翠綠,非常爽口,配上蒜蓉碎,指天椒,醬汁,炒到剛剛熟,通菜才不會變黑。

泰式冬陰功烤魚,目測條魚起碼一斤以上,我喜歡它放上芫茜,打芫茜浸落冬陰功湯,煮一會,帶出芫茜獨特香味。同時,平時冬陰功湯有嘅蕃茄仔,雜菌等材料,這個湯依然會有,加上魚本身嘅鮮味,香味匯聚,朋友不斷叫我飲湯先飲湯先,話個湯好好味。魚肉非常鮮甜,只是食嘅時候要專心,小心細少魚骨。以168蚊這個價錢,絕對係物超所值。

泰國菜我通常都會食金邊粉,所以點多一個泰香金不換炒金邊粉。 他五蚊大細嘅鮮蝦非常吸睛,也有豆乾,炒蛋,芽菜,金不換等配料和金邊粉一起炒乾身,味道帶點甜,上面灑上少少芝麻,增加香味。食完魚,再食金邊粉,飲埋杯芒芒椰椰,非常飽。

七點半來到只可坐高枱,但高枱的位置細,點完條魚就無辦法放到好多其他菜,店員非常配合上菜擺位,盡量讓我們食得舒適。食下食下又到九點半,快樂嘅時光過得特別快。
