上次到新斗記飲茶,言談之間提及這家新酒樓。屯市一期自數年起已鮮有新酒樓進駐了,也許現在租金回落了吧。這天想在酒樓晚飯,自不然想起這家名苑了。  名苑在屯市三樓,這一樓層食肆是愈來愈多了。酒樓是中小型規模,跟新斗記面積相若,樓底不高,裝潢帶點高雅,不過餐桌的距離甚近,帶點侷促。翻開餐牌,定價不低,是一家中價酒家。供應不少鮑蔘翅肚菜式,也有不少酒席宴會菜,然後就是集各家之大成。不少鮑蔘翅肚菜式,家常菜比較少,特價菜式也是寥寥無幾。  麻香鴨舌拼海蜇($48)鴨舌不算肉厚,麻油香加微微的辣感,令鴨舌挺香口惹味。海蜇就是一般貨色,粗身的海蜇尚算爽彈,惹味度則不及鴨吞。不過這小食拼盤並無過人之處,感覺一般而已,可以不點。  馬拉盞爽肉啫芥蘭($88)馬拉盞咸魚香氣甚濃,配以蝦米蒜粒,本該味道不錯。  但砂鍋熱力不足,爽肉芥蘭也不夠熱,堂炒時沒有一點火氣,沒有一般啫芥蘭的食感,雖然芥蘭嫩綠爽身,但沒驚喜。爽肉雖口感不俗,肉香還是差一點點,只說是個普通的家常小菜而已。  金獎蝦醬海山骨($78)用厚片五花腩蘸蝦醬同炸,蝦醬淡口得幾乎察覺不到。梳打粉浸得太久,殘留一股氣味,五花腩炸得酥軟卻無甚肉香,雖

平日價是$58,假日是$78,這價位能嚐到鮑魚實在難以抗拒
侍應以砂煲端上,並分碟盛上,再送上刀叉方便食用。

這四頭鮑是罐頭貨色,不算大隻。
鮑味不算濃,但口感不俗,食得過。

鵝掌炆得算是入味,如能稔身則更佳。
汁醬稠身帶點鮮味,用來拌飯也不俗。
不過,此價格能到鮑魚也算是不錯的了。

糖水蓮子百合糖水
酒樓送贈的糖水通常是摻了粉的紅豆沙,
這甜湯中有股甘筍的清甜,也不錯吃的。

服務方面,個別侍應態度有點散漫
即使客人不多,也有落錯單漏單的情況。

初嘗名苑,除鵝掌扣鮑魚較有看頭外,
菜式偏貴,味道不算出眾,試一次就夠了。
