To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日去左食譚仔三哥，鍾意試新野嘅我叫左最近新出嘅花膠胡椒雞米線，揀左清湯底，再叫左杯特飲青蘋果梳打；.無骨胡椒雞加上花膠，覺得呢個配搭好夾啊，好味👍🏻我自己本身就好鍾意食花膠，含骨膠原，又有美顏作用，岩哂女仔食，一碗麵都有三大塊👍🏻😆胡椒雞都幾入味👍🏻同埋欣賞佢係無骨胡椒雞，因為我懶，無骨就岩哂我喇🙈.青蘋果梳打，青蘋果果蓉加梳打，加埋少少青檸汁，唔會好甜，少少酸又幾開胃；再加上台式愛玉，有咬口😁
