To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六一起身見時間仲早，先十一點到諗起呢間嘢試業開12點，就立即準備出發去食個當早午餐….其實去到都只係11點50分左右點知門口已經企滿人所以佢11點55分到都已經開始俾人入去佢係需要手機喐QR code下單，同埋單都係自己出門口一定要用電子形式付款的所以如果唔熟電子，唔熟手機運作嘅人，特別老人家，可能就未必嚟食得咁容易😅整體上，員工服務都好好而且可能新開，地方，餐具🍴等都仲幾乾淨每個客走，都有員工拎籃工具去清潔消毒….而每個位都齊備濕紙巾提供….唯一係叫得燒肉，其實佢迭擇唔多而且樣樣肉，就算和牛都好重調味醬料預先醃得太咸太燶味根本都不太用得上枱上嘅調味料食完都好想飲水幾唔健康食咁咸😅但一人一爐形式燒烤，係幾好玩嘅而且佢標榜自己用日本米佢碗飯可以有3個大、中、小份量揀呢個service我覺得幾好，等細食嘅人不用浪費！同埋，碗飯都真係幾好食
