收工同朋友搵間餐廳食下野吹下水飲下酒行到soho見到呢間之前冇見過 一問之下原來上星期先grand opening 咁就試下水準如何一入去裝修得唔錯 黑板有手寫menu 睇得出有用心一坐低叫左杯high ball 同啤酒店員推介denki high ball 話係用唔同既whiskey base 一試之下 係比平時角瓶香d 有d唔同第一道上既係居酒屋必備既枝豆之後係老闆推介既鮟鱇魚肝奈良漬老闆話應該係香港唯一一間有呢個食食落幾香幾滑 個味道有d似超市既吞拿魚餅加埋青瓜幾清爽特別第二道叫左蕃茄多士 加左黑醋 口感好豐富如果底部多士烘下會再好d 之後串燒我地叫左雞頸肉 雞胸軟骨 同青椒仔火候岩岩好 入面仲係嫩而多汁 最好食係雞頸肉 之後忍唔住encore 多串跟住係和牛可樂餅 入面加左芝士 點返酸酸地既醬 配合得岩岩好 唔會太漏 仲食到好香既牛味最後叫既係有特別表演既稻草熏烤鰹魚師傅拎左個鐵箱 放左稻草入去燒 令到鰹魚表面有超香既香味 入面又軟嫩 勁正感覺到老闆同店員都好有心 每道菜上既時候都會同食客講個來源同烹飪方法 希望能夠一直keep落去
