去開北角探朋友,嚮城市花園附近見到一間新開的京滬菜館,有好多人聚於接待處等位,跟附近電器道門庭冷清的食肆形作對比。食上海菜又點少得小籠包呢? 薄薄的粉皮將肉汁鎖住嚮裡面,原汁原味。沾少量黑醋更能帶出肉味平時酒肉多,要食番多d疏菜平衡返。呢碟火腿鹹肉炆津菜,多菜少肉,清清地不油膩,合晒我要求樟茶鴨很入味,外脆內嫩。最欣賞的是肉質不會太乾身,可以講有少少 'juicy' 添,唔錯豆沙鍋餅也是吃上海菜必叫之選,如果有埋高力豆沙就更加perfect,可惜經已沽清了,只能怪自己晏左黎攞位
