終於挨到放AL嘅日子,但仲有好多好多事務未解決🫠 唔理喇,食好西慰勞咗自己先~ 前幾日去咗銅鑼灣新開張嘅居酒屋🏮菊鮨🍣 餐廳入面嘅每個卡位都有日式小門簾,私隱度幾高,坐得幾舒服~ ➿ 𝑶𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒂𝒔𝒆 𝑺𝒆𝒕 ($188)刺身兩款 • 壽司六件 • 卷物兩件 • 細牛湯烏冬刺身👉🏼 北海道仙鳳趾、三文魚師傅介紹話仙鳳趾就係食佢嘅鮮味🦪 的確,蠔嘅鮮甜味道濃厚同海水味交融~ 相比其他蠔大隻又肥美,平時唔係好食蠔嘅我最後都有食~壽司🍣 每件壽司用料都好新鮮,調味亦唔會蓋過食材嘅鮮味。蜜柑鯛 -以蜜柑皮餵飼嘅鯛魚品種,入口時會的確散發淡淡清雅嘅蜜柑香🍊帆立貝 - 肉厚鮮美,純淨甘香,慢慢喺口腔中融化☺️鯖魚 - 肉質細緻,師傅靈巧地加上薑絲喺鯖魚之上,的確減低咗部分人怕嘅魚腥味👍🏼牡丹蝦 - 蝦肉好有彈性呢,口感爽爽的~赤身 - 魚味好濃郁,口感帶點彈牙😆真鯛 - 肉質都係好細嫩,甜味亦突出,魚脂滲入飯粒👍🏼牛肉烏冬 - 冇諗過都有驚喜呢😆 薄牛片輕輕炙燒過,令醬油湯底都充滿脂香,而烏冬又好掛湯汁,所以幾正😋🍜
