今日朋友仔話黎同我食多國菜,一聽到多國菜,就好驚添。唔係連鎖店or茶餐廳掛,你知啦,好多大型連鎖既快餐店,都係叫多國菜,真係怕怕地。但原來係一間新開既餐廳,咁就要食下啦。依個新加坡既招牌菜,豉椒辣蟹既變奏版,真係幾特別喎。脆片係即叫即炸,好香脆可囗,有啲似豬皮炸出黎,好特別。而辣蟹係凍即,豉椒味好濃,幾好食。安娜的鮮果蛋白塔$48依個紐西蘭即著名甜品,其實我係唔同既地方,食過好多次,而依到既蛋白塔係最酥脆既。蛋白塔超大一個,影相一流。上面放左草莓同藍莓,外層既味道唔錯,但可惜店家應該用香港雞蛋,有鼓蛋白既腥味,建議用日本蛋就更好。芝士蛋糕$48由於當日雪櫃壞左,所以只好食冇雪糕既甜品。芝士蛋糕不結實,軟身綿密,味道都唔錯。

安娜的鮮果蛋白塔$48

依個紐西蘭即著名甜品,其實我係唔同既地方,食過好多次,而依到既蛋白塔係最酥脆既。蛋白塔超大一個,影相一流。上面放左草莓同藍莓,外層既味道唔錯,但可惜店家應該用香港雞蛋,有鼓蛋白既腥味,建議用日本蛋就更好。

芝士蛋糕$48

由於當日雪櫃壞左,所以只好食冇雪糕既甜品。芝士蛋糕不結實,軟身綿密,味道都唔錯。
