之前喺荔枝角返工,間唔中都會去Up a notch 食lunch。最近知道佢搬咗去旺角, 呢日就相約朋友去食晚餐。Calamari ($78)魷魚圈即叫即炸,上枱時仲係熱騰騰,外層炸得薄脆,內裡魷魚口感彈牙,沾上他他醬,好容易食唔停口!Duck Tagliolini ($128)鴨肉絲肉質嫩滑,份量慷慨,意粉掛上creamy嘅醬汁,不過手工意粉比我想像中腍,唔夠Al dente。Margherita pizza($138)Pizza用店內自家培植嘅酸麵種來製作,口感更鬆軟彈性。材料只係簡單嘅蕃茄醬、芝士、羅勒葉,但係味道好好。
