Wow 估唔到自己係第一個寫食評Southside開幕咗好耐,但係自從city‘super同戲院都開咗之後成個旺晒食飯差唔多間間都要排隊,見王子飯店6:30pm冇乜人排就睇吓餐牌見到啲價錢有啲貴,但係都想試吓呢間飯店入邊鋪咗地氈,令到傾偈嘅時候冇咁嘈,整體感覺上比較高檔嘅中式餐館結果兩個人坐低就每人叫咗一個湯,一份叉燒一個海參心豆腐煲,然後再由侍應介紹$78一隻蟶子或者蛋白蒸蟹鉗,最後決定要蒸蟹鉗佢哋嘅餸每樣都做得好好,例如叉燒係搵到最稔嘅梅頭豬肉,另外白肺湯同埋鮑參翅肚更兩樣都好足料,調味剛剛好海參豆腐煲啲海參肉質好厚同埋炸豆腐口感好滑,至於蛋白蒸蟹鉗,蟹肉好甜,蛋白如果再滑啲會更好味唯一少少缺陷就係上菜嘅時候冇乜伴碟配菜不過其實呢啲細節唔會影響到口感買單嘅時候侍應俾咗一張現金券,下次$500 可以用$100
