華宴食府 - 新開業中菜廳今日介紹一間位於黃竹坑嘅中菜廳,位於全新嘅商場THE SOUTHSIDE,環境典雅有氣派,點心款式多樣化,有傳統嘅口味,亦都係現代嘅新派款式。茶價 $15/位原隻鮑魚叉燒酥 $38/件隨身牛油味香濃嘅撻皮,上邊有着切粒嘅香甜叉燒蓉,口感豐富,再加上啖啖肉大大隻嘅原隻鮑魚,多咗一份鮮味。椒鹽魷魚鬚 $68炸得非常香脆,魷魚鬚又唔會太靭。黑豚肉叉燒飯 $78肥瘦肉梅花間竹,入口即溶,加上少許窿邊香脆口感,仲有香甜嘅叉燒汁,值得推薦。黃金鮮味蝦餃王 (特點)不過不失,蝦肉飽滿嘅蝦餃王。黑松露流汁叉燒包 (大點)第一次食黑松露味道嘅中式麵包,當中嘅叉燒蓉係切片,口感有層次。懷舊鬆化蛋散 (小點)最後甜品就叫咗灑上香甜蜜糖嘅蛋散。
